Hey, the link for use terms are included in the page but in short: as long as you don't use the sprites in anything blockchain-related (nfts, web3, metaverse etc) you are free to use them in both commercial and personal projects. Find the licensing link for details! :)
What framerate would you suggest for the animations?
The preview images show 10 fps. But slightly faster animations also work really well if you ask me :)

I don't plan on adding any new animations to this character at this time :) Feel free to edit the sprites to you needs.
