I just bought this asset, but It's so low quality than I thought.
And I'm sure it's lower than GIF you uploaded.

It is called "pixel" art for a reason :D If it is too small for your game you can scale it up within the game engine you are using or scale it before you import it into your project.

Do you mean if you can edit the sprites? Yes you can edit the sprites to your needs.
If you are asking me to draw the up, down, left directions for the sprite, I currently have no plans to do that :)
